We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Senior Executive to drive growth through key strategic alliances. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with different partners, including card schemes, payment brands, PSPs, financial institutions, technology providers, and SaaS companies.
You will serve as the primary bridge between our partners and our internal Product, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing teams to build joint go-to-market strategies and drive mutual revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Strategy
- Identify and Source: Map out the ecosystem and identify high-impact partnership opportunities that align with KPay's strategic goals in the local market.
- Pitch & Negotiate: Lead end-to-end deal cycles with prospective partners, from initial outreach and value-proposition pitching to commercial negotiations and contract signing.
- Strategic Alignment: Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners' business models to create compelling, mutually beneficial partnership structures (e.g., revenue-sharing models, integration partnerships).
- Onboarding: Oversee the successful technical and commercial onboarding of new partners, collaborating closely with Product teams and other key stakeholders.
Relationship Management & Growth
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners. Conduct regular reviews to track performance, service commitments, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Strategic Insight: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing our payment mix and partnership strategy.
- Revenue Generation: Proactively identify, negotiate for, and secure incentive programs and marketing funds from payment partners to maximize company revenue and profitability.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Work with partners' Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute joint GTM campaigns, co-branded opportunities, and sales enablement strategies to drive merchant acquisition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Internal and External Advocacy: Act as the voice of the partner internally. Gather and synthesize partner feedback to inform our product roadmap and operational improvements. Act as the voice of KPay externally, representing internal stakeholders to ensure partners meet their contractual obligations and service commitments.
- Compliance & Risk: Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all partner agreements and onboarding processes meet industry regulations and internal risk standards.
