Role &
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls, manage voicemails, and handle general inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Greet and assist visiting clients, vendors, and couriers — ensuring a warm, organized, and welcoming reception experience.
- Manage mail, deliveries, and courier coordination — sorting, tracking, and routing correspondence to relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, and basic document management.
- Act as a central communication hub — relaying messages between staff, departments, and external partners promptly.
