• Greet customers with a big smile and friendly energy
• Help customers find the perfect collectible, answer questions, and give recommendations
• Make sure the store is well-stocked, clean, and toy-shelf-perfect
• Build genuine relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
