Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for a Call Center Representative located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, address patient inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with appointment scheduling. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strong computer literacy and the ability to manage records and data in an organized manner are also required.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills for effectively interacting with patients and team members
• Proficiency in Basic Computer Literacy and familiarity with maintaining accurate records
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
• Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred
• Fluency in English;
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience in healthcare field is preferred.

Salary Range

• 4000 AED to 4500 AED
