Location: UBIPay: Up to 2.6KDuration: Immediate – 1 Year Working Hours: 5 Days per Week, rotating shifts including weekend & PH7.45am – 5.30pm/8.15am – 6.00pm

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
• Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system

Requirements

• Singaporeans Only
• Minimum O levels/Higher Nitec Experience in customer service or call center
