As our Early Education Center continues to grow, with enrollment increasing by 100%, we are excited to welcome an energetic and experienced Early Education Center Assistant to join our team for Fall 2026. This is an opportunity to support a vibrant learning community where every day is filled with opportunities to explore, create, and grow alongside our youngest learners.

• Start Date: Fall 2026
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m.
• Salary: $38,000 - $40,000

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Assist with classroom activities, learning centers, outdoor play, and daily routines.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, sanitized and welcoming environment.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on learning experiences.
• Contribute to a classroom culture where children feel known, valued, and inspired to learn.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and speak Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma.
• Experience working with young children, preferably in an early childhood or preschool setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit are key.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children as they learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative teaching team.
