What You'll Do
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor departmental spending and analyze actual costs versus budget
- Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis
- Ensure financial transactions are accurately coded and recorded
- Investigate discrepancies and implement appropriate corrections
- Partner with operations and department leaders on expense-related matters
- Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipts within SAPProvide financial justification and analysis for investments and spending requests
- Support special projects, reporting initiatives, and process improvement efforts
- Maintain compliance with corporate accounting and auditing standards
- Monitor energy-related expenses, reporting, and account management
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or financial analysis
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAPAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manufacturing or operations finance experience is a plus
