Senior Accountant

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of accounting duties, from maintaining financial records and preparing reports to assisting with audits and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.Oversee general ledger transactions and reconcile accounts on a monthly basis.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist with tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, collaborating with other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–6 years of accounting experience, with exposure to full-cycle accounting functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Perks and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000. Benefits are available including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance. Employees hired for our FTEP Program are also eligible to enroll in our company’s 401(k) or deferred compensation plan (if eligible). FTEP employees also earn paid time off for vacation, personal needs, and sick time and paid holidays.
