RHB Summer Internship Program 2026We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our inaugural Summer Internship Program in the banking sector.RHB Summer Internship Program is an 8-week programme designed to offer interns a well-rounded introduction and exposure to RHB and the banking industry.

The program will begin with a two-week acclimation phase designed to provide interns with a solid understanding of key concepts and practices within the banking industry. Throughout the program, interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, tackle real-life business challenges, and contribute meaningfully to their teams.

You will,Work collaboratively with supervisors and project sponsors to solve real-life business challenges, applying the knowledge gained during the acclimation period.

Complete tasks assigned by supervisors, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of banking operations, such as financial analysis, risk management, and customer service.

Contribute actively to team meetings and project discussions, sharing insights and ideas to drive innovation and problem-solving.

Share contributions and project outcomes with a wider audience, demonstrating the skills and knowledge acquired during the internship.

Key Requirements

• Open to students from 1st year through the final year of study.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program, with a minimum requirement of a CGPA of 3.0 / Second Class Upper qualification / WAM score of 70% or equivalent from overseas universities
• Active in extracurricular activities and/or society participation.
