About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Content Creator & Email Marketing Executive to create compelling content and manage email marketing campaigns across our real estate, hospitality, construction, and investment brands. The successful candidate will play a key role in lead nurturing, customer engagement, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Create content for websites, brochures, presentations, social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling copy for project launches, hospitality promotions, property listings, and corporate communications.
- Develop content calendars and coordinate content production.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
- Email Marketing
- Create and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
- Build lead nurturing sequences and customer engagement campaigns.
- Segment databases and manage mailing lists.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Maintain CRM and email marketing databases.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Generate monthly reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in content creation and email marketing.
- Excellent English writing and copywriting skills.
- Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Active
- Campaign, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lead nurturing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
