The Role
As the Senior CRM & Lifecycle Lead, you will be the architect of our customer journey. You will bridge the gap between high-volume lead generation and long-term investor loyalty. You will manage a sophisticated conversion funnel, moving users from lead status to becoming recurring, champion investors.
This role requires a unique blend of technical CRM mastery (HubSpot & Customer.io), multilingual strategic thinking, and the ability to leverage AI to personalize the investment experience at scale.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role that combines deep executional ownership with strategic thinking. You will be expected to design, build, and optimize CRM journeys directly, while also shaping the broader lifecycle strategy and growth roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Strategy & Execution: design and optimize global automated journeys (Email, Push, WhatsApp, In-App) to drive activation, retention, reengagement and referral loops.
- Multilingual Orchestration: tailor communications for a global audience, specifically managing the nuances between English and Arabic-speaking segments.
- Cross-Functional Communication: manage delicate balance between transactional messaging, product marketing and marketing comms.
- Sales CRM ownership (Hubspot): build message templates and multi-channel sequences for the sales team, automate these journeys within Hubspot workflows, and implement performance tracking to measure and optimize the conversion of these initiatives.AI-Driven Personalization: use AI to automate message creation, analyze behavioral data to increase personalization, and leverage predictive analytics to optimize campaign timing and performance.
- Funnel Optimization: partner with data science to analyze drop-offs and execute lifecycle strategies that move users across the funnel.
- Experimentation Roadmap: run A/B tests on messaging and frequency to find the exact triggers that drive conversion and move AOV and LTV.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle, preferably in Fintech spac
- Platform Expertise: advanced hands-on experience with Customer.io (lifecycle automation) and Hubspot (Sales CRM/Lead Management)
- Data Proficiency: ability to model funnels and use data to drive strategy, familiarity with data tools, Excel and AI for data analysis
- Language
Skills
- native or professional fluency in English.
- Arabic is a significant advantage
- AI Mindset: proven experience using AI tools for copywriting, segmentation, or workflow automation
- Strategic Execution: ability to think at a CMO level regarding brand equity while staying "in the weeds" of campaign implementation, QA and technical event triggers.
