About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Email Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns across promotions, partner offers, seasonal events, and engagement initiatives.
This role combines campaign strategy, audience segmentation, execution, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate understands how to plan effective email campaigns around key business events, holidays, promotions, and partner initiatives, while continuously optimizing engagement through data-driven decision making.
While the role includes writing email copy and managing campaigns, the primary focus is on improving member engagement, communication effectiveness, and overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute email campaigns for promotions, seasonal events, partner offers, and engagement initiatives
- Develop email marketing calendars and determine optimal send timing and campaign frequency
- Write engaging email copy, subject lines, and CTAsBuild and maintain automated email flows and customer journeys
- Segment email lists and manage audience targeting based on customer behavior and engagement
- Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall effetiveness
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, send times, messaging, and audience segments
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements to increase engagement and campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives
- Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, segmentation, and email automation
- Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active
- Campaign, or similar tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and engagement data
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience planning campaigns around promotional calendars, seasonal events, or partner initiatives is preferred
- Strong written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer engagement, retention marketing, or CRM campaigns
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle and engagement strategies
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Basic understanding of CRM and marketing analytics tools
