Sales Team Manager - Mortgage & Business Loan

HIRING SALES TEAM MANAGERS IN DUBAI.

​Credit Market is looking for two dynamic, results-driven Sales Team Managers to lead, mentor, and drive performance for our sales verticals in Dubai. If you have a proven track record in UAE banking/finance sales and know how to motivate a team to smash targets, we want to hear from you!

​Available Positions

​1 x Team Manager – Business Loans (Managing a team of 10+ Sales Executives)

​1 x Team Manager – Mortgages (Managing a team of 10+ Sales Executives)

​ What We Are Looking For

​Team Leadership: Minimum 2+ years of experience successfully managing a Business Loans or Mortgages team in the UAE.

​Industry Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience within the UAE Business Loans / Mortgages sector.

​Proven Track Record: Ability to manage, coach, and scale a high-performing team of 12+ executives.

​Location: Must currently be based in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview.

​What We Offer

​Salary: Range from AED 10,000 to AED 14,000 (Depends on experience)

​Incentives: Highly competitive commission/incentive structure
