Role Summary

The Director of Sales is a pivotal leadership mandate based in Dubai. This role is responsible for New Business Development, the regional P&L, driving high-value digital partnerships and scaling the firm’s footprint across the UAE and broader GCC. You will work as an individual contributor to penetrate top-tier enterprise accounts with cutting-edge digital and cloud solutions.

Core Service PortfolioYou will lead the market positioning for:

Digital Engineering: Platform-led experiences and Cloud-native application development.

Cloud Services: Full-stack migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Cybersecurity: Threat intelligence, GRC, and OT Security solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12–18 years of total experience in B2B IT Sales and Digital Services.
• Market Tenure: At least 10+ years of proven success within the Dubai/Middle East market is mandatory.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of senior sales professionals.
• Digital Partnering: Expert-level skills in building strategic, multi-threaded alliances at the C-suite level.
• Compliance & Logistics: * Must have a Transferable IQAMA.Degree Certificate must be attested with an Apostille stamp.
