Job Overview
AX Coin is the first and only licensed stablecoin issuer under the regulation of the Central Bank of Bahrain. We are seeking a sales-driven professional with Web3, blockchain, and crypto experience to accelerate adoption of stablecoins, DeFi, digital assets, and AI-enabled financial solutions.
The role focuses on new business acquisitions, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships, with direct sales contributions expected. This is a hunter and relationship-driven sales role, accountable for ARR and business volume growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Drive net-new ARR and business volume by closing high-value enterprise and institutional deals.

- Sell stablecoins, blockchain-based solutions, DeFi yield products, and AI-enabled financial infrastructure.

- Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, corporates, PSPs, exchanges, and Web3 platforms.

- Contribute to product positioning, AI integration, and commercial strategy.

- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure.

- Maintain a CRM-driven pipeline with accurate forecasting, deal tracking, and execution planning.

- Engage with regional ecosystems to expand market reach and adoption.

- Achieve measurable ARR, transaction volume, and revenue growth targets.
Key Requirements

- 7+ years in fintech, payments, blockchain, crypto, or Web3 sales, with proven record of new logo acquisition, revenue generation, and deal closure.

- Existing senior-level network in banks, fintechs, corporates, PSPs, exchanges, or Web3/blockchain platforms.

- Experienced in direct sales contributions and relationship-driven deal closure.

- Hands-on with CRM, pipeline management, and forecast discipline.

- Knowledgeable in stablecoins, DeFi, blockchain, crypto infrastructure, yield design, and AI-enabled solutions.

- Results-driven, accountable for direct revenue and business growth.
