As our first senior commercial leader in the region, you will shape the go-to-market approach, land new enterprise clients, and establish the partnerships that will drive growth for years. The decisions you make in year one will still be visible in year five.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound business development across the GCC region with a strong focus on the UAE and KSAOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders across enterprise and mid-market organizations
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the GCCCollaborate closely with consulting and technical teams to position value-driven solutions aligned to client needs
- Leverage ecosystem and partner relationships to accelerate pipeline, while always owning the client relationship directly
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or client-facing commercial roles
- Proven experience selling complex, high-value solutions in Business, Data & AIBased in the UAE, with an established professional network in the UAE and KSAFluent Arabic speaker preferred; full professional proficiency in English required
- Proven track record in outbound sales, client acquisition, pipeline generation, and establishment of partnership sales channel
- Hands-on, hunter-style approach – comfortable operating with autonomy, creating structure, and taking full ownership of outcomes
- Existing C-suite relationships with CIOs, CDOs, COOs or CFOs across UAE and KSA enterprise and government accounts
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the GCCWhy Adastra:
