Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the financial services partnership strategy for the SHARE platform with a clear focus on revenue growth and customer value * Identify, evaluate, and recommend new partners across co-branded credit cards, BNPL, remittances, and other strategic partnership areas * Build strong business cases with internal stakeholders, defining ROI, KPIs, expected financial returns, operating assumptions, and commercial benefits * Create detailed financial models covering revenue drivers, cost structures, forecasted performance, risks, and growth opportunities * Lead commercial negotiations with partners, including pricing, scope, deliverables, service expectations, launch requirements, and performance commitments * Support contract negotiations by reviewing commercially important clauses and working closely with Legal, Finance, Product, Technology, and Operations teams * Coordinate cross-functional teams to launch partnerships smoothly and align quarterly and annual roadmap priorities with business targets * Monitor partner performance through KPI tracking, reporting, customer feedback, NPS insights, and financial impact reviews * Maintain strong partner relationships and identify improvement opportunities that increase customer engagement, programme value, and long-term revenue * Explore innovative partnership models that help differentiate the SHARE programme in financial services and wider customer solutions Ideal Profile * 6+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, commercial management, financial services, loyalty programmes, or customer solutions * Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience * Strong understanding of financial services products such as co-branded credit cards, BNPL, remittances, payments, or customer finance solutions * Proven ability to develop partnership strategies aligned with P and L targets, revenue goals, customer value, and business growth plans * Skilled in building business cases, financial models, ROI analysis, KPI frameworks, and commercial performance reports * Strong negotiation capability with experience managing partner commercials, contract inputs, scopes, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations * Ability to work across Legal, Finance, Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and senior business teams to deliver partnership launches * Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to convert market opportunities into measurable operational and financial impact * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with a collaborative and results-driven working style * Customer-focused approach with awareness of user experience, NPS, customer feedback, and programme engagement metrics Skills Set * Commercial management * Partnership development * Financial services strategy * Business development * Co-branded credit cards * BNPL partnerships * Remittance partnerships * SHARE platform partnerships * Financial modelling * ROI analysis * KPI management * Contract negotiation support * Partner onboarding * Revenue growth * P and L alignment * Customer value strategy * Stakeholder management * Roadmap planning * Performance reporting * Strategic partnerships
