Business Development Client Relation Executive

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 + Performance Bonus | Royal Maison is looking for a confident, articulate, and proactive Business Development & Client Relations Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. | This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, following up with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. |

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing clients by phone, WhatsApp, and email |
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into appointments |
• Reactivate past clients and maintain long-term relationships |
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, offices, and organizations |
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships |
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system |
• Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure excellent client service |
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients |

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English |
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills |
• Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with decision-makers |
• Positive, professional, and well-presented |
• Organized and detail-oriented |
• Previous experience in business development, sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, luxury services, or relationship management is an advantage |
• CRM experience is a plus |
