As we scale, we're looking for a high-calibre client relationship professional to help own, sustain and elevate the overall client experience.
The Role
This is a client ownership role.
You will be the primary relationship owner for clients across business setup, immigration, licensing, renewals, amendments and ongoing UAE business support services.
Your role is to ensure clients feel informed, supported and professionally managed throughout their journey with Sarie.
You will work closely with internal teams, leadership and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and an exceptional client experience.
This is not a back-office processing role or a remote working position.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build trusted long-term client relationships
- Manage expectations clearly from onboarding through completion and beyond
- Provide proactive updates, timelines and next steps
- Handle client concerns and escalations professionally
- Deliver a premium and responsive client experience
Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate with operations, finance, leadership and external stakeholders
- Track active client cases, documentation requirements and key deadlines
- Ensure commitments are delivered accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
- Support smooth handovers from sales and onboarding teams
- Escalate issues proactively and help drive resolution
Client Experience & Growth
- Help strengthen and improve the overall client journey
- Contribute to process and communication improvements
- Identify opportunities for renewals, referrals and additional services
- Support long-term client retention and relationship growth
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with
- 3–7 years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, account management, business setup, immigration, relocation or similar client-facing roles
- UAE business setup, visa or licensing experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- High ownership and accountability
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving founder-led environment
