Conduct on-site visits and showroom demonstrations for walk-in visitors and prospective clients, clearly explaining robot features, capabilities, and use cases
Build rapport with potential and existing clients through confident, friendly, and professional communication
Lead on-site robot deployment, SLAM mapping, navigation setup, and commissioning at client locations
Train client staff on robot operation, basic troubleshooting, and day-to-day use during and after deployment
Answer customer support tickets via chat and call, providing timely and accurate resolutions to technical queries
Conduct online support meetings with customers to remotely diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Perform basic hardware repairs and maintenance on robots, escalating complex hardware faults where necessary
Record unboxing, demo, and technical videos for marketing, customer onboarding, and support purposes
Write user manuals, setup guides, and technical documentation for customers and internal reference
Maintain and update documentation and video content regularly to reflect new products and software updates
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Robotics, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences confidently
Comfortable in a customer-facing showroom or field environment
Able to perform basic robot repairs and hardware troubleshooting
Able to create clear written documentation and produce simple video content
