We are seeking an experienced Early Years Teacher to join our Early Childhood Centre in Dubai.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant field* CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent qualification) required* Montessori certification or prior Montessori experience would be an advantage* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a UAE nursery or early years setting* Strong knowledge of EYFS framework* Excellent classroom management skills* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with parents* Passionate, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence in early childhood education
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences* Prepare and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment* Support each child’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development* Observe, assess, and document child progress regularly* Communicate professionally and effectively with parents* Participate actively in nursery events, activities, and staff meetings* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high educational standards* Support children’s wellbeing and ensure a positive learning experienceJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Dubai, UAE
