Role Description

Sino Lanka Group is seeking a detailed-oriented and results-driven Project Manager for a six month consultancy, on-site role based in Colombo. The role in question is to supervise and manage the fit out of a 6000 sq. ft office space in Rajagiriya. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, expediting deliverables, inspecting materials or processes, and streamlining logistics for smooth project execution. The role will require a proactive approach to managing resources and resolving challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Project Management and capable of leading complex projects from planning to completion
• Strong skills in Expediting and a proven ability as an Expeditor to manage project timelines effectively
• Experience in Inspection processes and quality control standards
• Knowledge of Logistics Management and supply chain coordination
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage
