Job Description
Responsibilities
Own the full requirements lifecycle by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, including Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and supporting artefacts.
Act as a key communication bridge between cross-functional internal teams and clients across multiple locations by conducting solution reviews, providing feedback on issues and improvements, and sharing key insights with stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to create, prioritize, and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring user stories are sprint-ready and aligned with business value.
Manage assigned projects end-to-end by conducting impact assessments, documenting scope changes, facilitating stakeholder sign-offs for revised requirements, and ensuring timely delivery within tight deadlines throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and work closely with developers and testers to understand delivery capacity and support effective sprint planning.
Develop process models to document current and future-state business processes, while defining reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
Provide post-deployment support including implementation assistance, issue resolution, and end-user training.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment.
Experience in end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and delivery coordination across cross-functional, global teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
Experience supporting UAT, managing production issues, and handling stakeholder and client queries, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across distributed teams.
Proficiency in Agile and documentation tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence and Strong skills in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Ability to create process models, workflows, user journeys, and business diagrams using BPMN or similar methodologies, with exposure to wireframing tools such as Figma and AI-powered tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership in fast-paced Agile environments.
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.) and exposure to GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) product environments will be considered an added advantage.
