About the Role
Bluebird Group, a leading maritime B2B services conglomerate with operations spanning the UAE, Singapore, India, Ghana, Togo, Qatar, and Malaysia, is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead our people operations in the UAE. This pivotal role involves overseeing all HR functions for our UAE entities while fostering seamless coordination with regional teams across our extensive international network.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive end-to-end HR operations for Bluebird Group's UAE entities.
- Oversee the processing of visas and work permits, ensuring full compliance with MOHRE and WPS regulations.
- Lead and execute recruitment strategies for both technical and corporate functions within the UAE.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with country leads in Singapore, India, and Africa to align HR strategies and address cross-border HR matters.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory UAE benefits, including health insurance and annual leave.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of dedicated HR experience within the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law, MOHRE regulations, and the Wage Protection System (WPS).
- Proven expertise in recruitment processes and payroll administration.
- Proficiency in using HRIS tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERPNext or other Enterprise Resource Planning systems is highly preferred.
- A background in the maritime industry is considered a significant advantage.
