The Team

Member role is responsible for bringing SKIMS to life for our customers. You foster a positive environment while delivering an exceptional store experience. You are customer focused, enjoy serving others, and are passionate about our product. Your goal is to have a positive impact on someone’s time in our store and be a champion of our mission and values. You inspire others through connection and education.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
• With a Customer Obsessed mindset, you create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
• Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit so you can confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust.
• Your product knowledge helps turn first-time visitors into loyal customers!
• Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel, even in a fast paced, high traffic environment.
• Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.

• Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) At least 14 hours of open availability between both Saturday and Sunday At least one closing across Saturday and Sunday Available for 3 closing shifts
• You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn and grow!
• Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
