The firm provides two integrated services: Executive Anchor Advisory, which delivers strategic diagnostics and recalibration for leaders under growth pressure, and High-Caliber Fractional EA Support, which installs C-suite experienced executive assistants as strategic infrastructure.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
- This is a 10-hour-per-week retainer role supporting an accomplished independent executive advisor and former C-suite leader who works with CEOs on organizational transformation and strategic execution.
- She has clear, high standards for support from direct personal experience on both sides of that relationship, and she will know within the first two weeks whether this match is right.
- This is not a task-execution role.
- The right EA thinks ahead, manages up without being asked, and functions as a genuine operational partner at every level of the engagement.

- When something is stuck, the unlock is a short thinking-out-loud conversation.

- WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Inbox management and email triage (she has a strong aversion to email and will rely on you heavily)
- Calendar management, forward planning, and meeting prep
- Stuck task triage and personal administrative execution: insurance reimbursements, bill tracking, errand coordination, and time-sensitive items that tend to accumulate
- Voice memo processing: she sends memos when something is on her mind; you return organized action lists and next steps
- Business development pipeline tracking and outreach maintenance
- Research and materials support for curriculum development work she is actively building
- Client thoughtfulness tracking: milestones, meaningful outreach, gifting
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 5 years of C-suite executive support experience- A high-discretion background; fully comfortable with access to personal and financial information- Google Workspace proficient (primary platform) with solid Microsoft Office skills- A manage-up approach: you anticipate needs, fill gaps proactively, and tell the client what requires her attention versus what you can handle independently- Same-business-day responsiveness during business hours (calibrated to part-time capacity)- A self-starter who moves without being told to and brings initiative to every interaction- Strong written communication skills; able to draft and send correspondence on behalf of the client with sound judgment- A conservative, thoughtful approach to AI tools when working with client-facing data- East coast US strongly preferred; must reside in MA, NH, FL, GA, or AZ (states in which we're registered as a remote employer)- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience COMPENSATION AND DETAILS - $32-$35 per hour- 10 hours per week to start, with a natural path to 15 hours as the relationship develops- 401K and paid holidays- Candidates seeking a higher rate or full-time placement are encouraged to apply and note that on their application Target start: early to mid-July 2026 A FINAL NOTE This search prioritizes fit, longevity, and genuine partnership over speed.
