• Tourism Product Development Company Ltd. (TPDCo.) Is Seeking To Identify a Qualified, Motivated And Results-oriented Professional To Fill The Following Vacancy
• Administrative Officer (Level 7A)
• Training
• Ocho Rios
• Under the supervision of the Training Manager
• Ocho Rios, the Administrative Officer
• Ocho Rios will perform administrative functions and coordinating of training programmes to achieve targets for the Ocho Rios region and the training division as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates training sessions.
• Confirming Trainers and suitable venues for assigned programmes.
• On-site coordination of training programmes
• Compilation of regional Reports
• Compilation of assigned Training reports
• Liaises with training instructors – debriefing.
• Prepares feedback/Monitoring letters of ATPAssist with the preparation of training site and equipment.
• Designing promotional fliers for Training Programmes in collaboration with Community Awareness Unit.
• Preparing course materials required by trainers to ensure that they are ready for each topic to be presented.
• Presentation of topics in area of specialization in keeping with the development of members of the training team and “enriching” the department.
• Assisting in the layout/formatting and reproducing of handout materials for use by trainers.
• Maintains records of participants’/Approved Training Partner (ATP) payments for programme and compile Monthly, Quarterly, bi-annual and annual budget reports for the region.
• Performs other related functions assigned from time to time by the Executive Training Manager and Training Manager.

Minimum Education And Experience

Associate Degree in Business Administration.

Diploma with acceptable specialization in Human Resource DevelopmentMinimum of two years’ experience in the field of training and or the tourism sectorOR“Any Equivalent Combination Of
