Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any inquiries or concerns.

Maintain a clean and organized salesfloor by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and tidying displays.

Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations.

Demonstrate knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchases.

Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or surpluses to management.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.

Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, promoting a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Take initiative to suggest improvements and provide feedback to management for the betterment of the store.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
