The Role

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the local data ecosystem, delivering high-impact analytics products and helping business leaders make data-driven decisions.

You'll work across commercial and product functions, building scalable data models, analysing business performance and delivering actionable insights that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end-to-end ELT pipelines and data models
• Build and manage scalable analytics solutions using modern data tools
• Maintain semantic data layers to ensure consistent reporting and business intelligence
• Apply statistical and causal inference methodologies to evaluate business performance and commercial initiatives
• Define and uphold data governance standards and best practices
• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations
• Continuously improve existing data products and frameworks

About You

• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with BigQuery, dbt and modern data modelling frameworks
• Understanding of statistics, experimentation and causal inference techniques
• Experience building scalable analytics solutions within a commercial environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in both Italian and English
