Job Description

• Define and manage the product lifecycle for data centre solutions and services
• Translate customer needs into requirements across capacity, resilience and SLAs
• Partner engineering/ops to ensure feasibility, service readiness and quality
• Build product packaging: features, service tiers, pricing inputs and T&Cs
• Enable sales with value propositions, playbooks, and competitive positioning
• Track performance (pipeline, adoption, margin, churn) and iterate the roadmap
• Manage stakeholders across internal teams and external vendors/partners

The Successful Applicant

• 4+ years in product management, product marketing or solution ownership
• Exposure to data centre / infrastructure / cloud / managed services environments
• Comfortable working with technical concepts (SLA, capacity, resilience, ITSM)
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, ops, sales and finance
• Commercial mindset: ability to connect customer outcomes to revenue/margins
• Structured execution skills: roadmap planning, prioritisation and delivery cadence
