What They Need Help WithYou'll be responsible for driving product strategy and execution within one of the company's key product areas.
That means balancing long-term thinking with day-to-day delivery.
You'll be:
- Owning product direction and prioritisation
- Working closely with engineering and design teams
- Using customer feedback and product data to inform decisions
- Translating ambiguous problems into clear plans and outcomes
- Building products that can scale in complex enterprise environments
- Driving execution from idea through to launch and adoption
- This is a hands-on product role for someone who enjoys ownership and wants to see the direct impact of their work.
- What They're Looking For6+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaSStrong product execution skills and a track record of shipping products
- Comfortable working closely with engineering and design teams
- Strong customer focus and product intuition
- Experience using data to drive product decisions
- Able to bring structure to ambiguous or incomplete problems
- Good technical understanding alongside strong UX instincts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and accountability
