How you make the differenceAs a Junior Product Manager, you will drive product success by understanding market needs, developing strategic plans, and working closely with the Global Category Marketing & Trade Marketing team.

• Develop and execute integrated product and communication strategies
• Analyze Market Trends and Customer Feedback Monitor Product Performance and Adapt Strategies Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Innovate and Enhance Product Features Your Team
• You will directly report to the Marketing Manager in the Local Marketing team.

What Makes You a Great FitEducation: Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the beauty sector

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel Local Language: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English What’s In For You
