Project Manager – Renovation & Fit-Out

Revive Renovation & Contracting Dubai is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee premium residential and commercial renovation projects across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage renovation, fit-out, landscaping, and swimming pool projects from inception through completion.

2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

3. Lead and coordinate Project Engineers, Procurement, Estimation, Site Teams, Consultants, and Subcontractors.

4. Manage project schedules, procurement, budgets, variations, and overall project execution.

5. Liaise directly with clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Coordinate and manage authority approvals, NOCs, inspections, and compliance requirements with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and other relevant authorities.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai as a Project Manager within the renovation, fit-out, and construction industry.

2. Proven experience managing premium residential villa and apartment renovations, commercial fit-out projects, landscaping works, and swimming pool construction.

3. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

4. Strong site management and construction background is mandatory.

5. Excellent knowledge of fit-out, renovation, civil works, MEP, joinery, landscaping, and finishing works.

6. Strong understanding of project planning, procurement, budgeting, cost control, and project delivery.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

8. Excellent leadership, communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.

9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality, schedule, and budget.

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
