Project Financial Coordinator (Project Coordinator – Financials) Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Financial Coordinator to join an Enterprise Execution team. This role is critical in supporting enterprise-wideproject and portfolio management by driving financial tracking, forecasting,and reporting efforts across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project financial management, exceptional Excel skills, and a proven ability to coordinateproject activities while delivering financial insights that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track project financials, including:
• Forecasting
• Accruals
• Invoice coding
• Budget tracking and reconciliation
• Perform financial analysis and deliver reporting to stakeholders
• Support project planning, execution, and delivery through coordination activities
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and financial targets
• Maintain accurate financial data and documentation across multiple projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and transparency
• Identify opportunities to improve financial tracking and forecasting processes
• Experience working in a PMO or enterprise project environment
• Supporting portfolio or program-level financials
• Familiarity with financial systems or project management tools Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
