Our client is looking for a Business Project Manager who can support and help build the PMO. This role will liaise with Commercial, Operational and other business focused teams but please not there is very little engagement with IT projects if at all.
Feasibility assessments and business case preparation; Resource planning and management; Tender process management; Knowledge of system integration technologies such as APIs, OData and SOAP services; Business analysis and process engineering skills; Financial planning and cost control; Agile/scrum certification; MS Office, MS Teams, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, DevOps and SharePoint Online; High level strategic, analytical, problem focused decision-making skills; Project management experience in end-to-end delivery of a range of business and IT projects; Experience in working with geographically spread teams (utilising tools such as Jira/Devops/Confluence), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Epics/User Stories); Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together to fit a project and business environment; Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer and stakeholder trust and confidence; and Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on the details while still maintaining the big picture.
