Operations Project Manager
About the Role
The Operations Project Manager will support strategic real estate initiatives and drive operational excellence across our portfolio. This role focuses on project management, real estate transactions, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring key initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, corporate real estate, property management, facilities, or a related field. They are a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects while partnering effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple operational projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Track project status, risks, and dependencies while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and reporting dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Support vendor management, contract tracking, and procurement processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.
- Partner with internal teams including Finance, Operations, Facilities, Real Estate, and external vendors.
- Prepare presentations, project updates, and executive-level summaries.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, business operations, consulting, or a related role.
- Experience supporting real estate, property management, construction, facilities, or development projects is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to lease administration, property operations, facilities management, or real estate transactions.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or third-party service providers.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
