Junior Project Manager

Do you enjoy working with people, keeping projects on track, and making sure every detail is taken care of? We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to support one of our Senior Project Managers on a large international account with a strong focus on the US market.

About the Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day coordination of projects for one of our largest international clients. You'll work closely with a Senior Project Manager who leads the client relationship and overall account strategy, while you help ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.

You will be involved in planning, project administration, briefing internal teams, coordinating deliverables, monitoring timelines, and supporting communication across multiple stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their project management career within an international agency environment.

What You'll Do

• Support the management of ongoing projects for an international client focused on the US market.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows.
• Prepare and maintain project planning, budgets, and status updates.
• Create and manage project briefings for internal teams.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure projects stay on track.
• Assist with client communication and meeting preparation.
• Work closely with strategists, designers, developers, and campaign specialists.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

• HBO/Bachelor level working and thinking ability.1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, marketing, communications, or a related field (internship experience may also be relevant).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Affinity with digital products, marketing, branding, or creative agencies.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and occasionally collaborating across time zones.
