We are seeking an OFCI Package Manager to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to manage the coordination, tracking and successful integration of key owner-furnished equipment throughout the project lifecycle, working alongside contractors, vendors, client teams and commissioning stakeholders.
As OFCI Package Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring equipment packages are delivered, installed and handed over in line with project programme requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned OFCI equipment packages from procurement through installation and handover.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, client teams and commissioning stakeholders to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
- Track equipment manufacturing, delivery schedules and site readiness requirements.
- Monitor package progress and proactively identify risks, delays and mitigation actions.
- Support logistics planning, material management and delivery coordination.
- Ensure accurate reporting on package status, risks and key project metrics.
- Review technical documentation, installation requirements and vendor deliverables.
- Support quality inspections, testing, commissioning and closeout activities.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across project and client teams.
- Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with project safety, quality and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Experience working on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other large-scale construction projects.
- Understanding of project delivery, logistics coordination and stakeholder management.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, subcontractors or equipment vendors.
- Knowledge of commissioning, turnover and handover processes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced project environment.
