We are looking for a “Project Manager” to be assigned to our “Project Management” department located in “Korea”.WHAT DO WE EXPECT?Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in shipbuilding, ship conversion, or offshore projects (proven leadership in Powership projects is a significant advantage).
Deep knowledge of international maritime standards (IMO, SOLAS) and IACS classification rules.
Experience in monitoring and directing heavy capacity power generation and gas/fuel system integrations.
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for international stakeholder and class society communications.
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional team management skills.
No restrictions on domestic or international travel.WHAT AWAITS YOU?Overseeing the engineering, construction, and conversion phases of Powership projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient delivery.
Coordinating and managing the alignment between design, planning, production departments, and subcontractors to guarantee project milestones.
Making critical technical decisions regarding the integration of heavy machinery, outfitting, and electrical/automation systems into the vessel structure.
Managing ultimate approval processes with classification societies and flag states, and defining test and operational strategies for delivery stages.
Leading risk assessments, budgeting, and cost control activities across the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with contract terms.
