Inceptra Solutions is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and acquire clients across New York and New Jersey.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling Digital Marketing Services, Website Development, Mobile App Development, Branding Solutions, Software Development, and related IT services.
This role is responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships with decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
The successful candidate will serve as the face of Inceptra Solutions in the territory and play a key role in expanding our client portfolio throughout the region.
New Business Acquisition
● Generate new business opportunities across New York and New Jersey.
● Prospect businesses through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
● Identify companies that require digital marketing, branding, website development, app development, and IT solutions.
Sales & Client Engagement
● Conduct discovery meetings with business owners, marketing directors, founders, CEOs, and decision-makers.
● Understand client challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
● Present company capabilities and service offerings.
● Prepare proposals, quotations, and project scopes.
● Lead contract negotiations and close deals.

Qualifications Required
● 3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, IT Sales, or Agency Sales.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, building relationships, and closing deals. They should be comfortable selling digital marketing services, websites, mobile applications, branding solutions, and IT services to business owners and decision-makers.
A strong local network within New York and New Jersey will be a significant advantage.
