Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can independently drive lead generation, manage international client relationships, and identify business opportunities across multiple digital verticals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, business-focused, and capable of building strategic growth funnels aligned with Viyu’s digital ecosystem model.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business leads across various industries and digital verticals Develop new business opportunities for: Digital Marketing Affiliate Marketing eLearning Platforms Content Platforms iGaming & Betting Campaigns Web & Mobile Solutions Manage complete sales and lead generation lifecycle independently Handle international business development across Asia, Europe, and Africa Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships Create business funnels and outreach strategies for growth Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project discussions Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities Maintain high business ethics and professional communication standards
- Required Skills & Experience ✅ 3–5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation ✅ Experience in digital agency, IT services, affiliate, media, or marketing industry ✅ Strong understanding of international markets ✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✅ Experience in client management and relationship building ✅ Ability to work independently and achieve targets ✅ Understanding of digital business models and performance marketing ✅ Creative, spontaneous, and proactive mindset ✅ Ready to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends
