As Sr. Director, Business Development, you will be a growth driver - building relationships in untapped markets, pursuing new and recently acquired clients, shaping high‑impact solutions, and delivering measurable results. This is a senior-level individual contributor role, focused on personally driving the pursuit and closing of new and recently acquired clients, in collaboration with Bond’s practice teams.

The expected base salary compensation for this role is $134,581.2 to $165,000 CAD annually.
