Role Description

This is a part-time role with the potential for a full-time opportunity as a Senior Business Development Manager, based on-site in Tracy and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and manage client relationships to expand our service reach.

Additional responsibilities include planning and executing outreach strategies, analyzing market trends, and creating proposals to meet the organization’s growth objectives. Collaboration with the leadership team to maintain high-quality client-focused services will also be a significant aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong business development skills, including identifying opportunities and building relationships with potential partners
• Experience in market analysis, proposal development, and executing outreach strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively
• Prior experience in the home care, healthcare, or related industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, including CRM software, is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
