This is a consultative sales role focused on building relationships with:
- Consulting Engineers
- Main Contractors
- Civil Engineering Firms
- Infrastructure Developers
- Specialist Subcontractors
- The company delivers technically led solutions across complex construction, structural and infrastructure environments and is experiencing significant growth across the Irish market.
The successful candidate will focus on developing trusted client relationships, identifying project opportunities early in the lifecycle and positioning tailored engineering solutions that solve real-world site and infrastructure challenges.
This role would suit someone who understands how construction projects move from design through delivery and who is comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop relationships with consulting engineers, contractors and key decision-makers across the Irish construction market
- Identify and win new business opportunities across infrastructure, commercial and civil engineering projects
- Deliver consultative presentations and technical introductions to clients
- Work closely with internal technical teams to develop tailored client solutions
- Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to close and project handover
- Maintain a strong pipeline of projects and market activity
- Attend client meetings, industry events and project/site visits across Ireland
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or technical services
- Strong relationship-building skills with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Ability to sell consultatively rather than transactionally
- Commercially driven with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
- Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline management tools
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
