About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and proactive Sales Executive to generate and convert new business opportunities for the agency. This role requires someone who is confident in client-facing communication, understands the digital marketing landscape, and can build strong relationships with potential clients from the first conversation to deal closure.
You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, maintaining consistent follow-ups, conducting market research, and representing Socio in meetings, networking opportunities, and client presentations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and partnerships
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Manage client communication across calls, WhatsApp, email, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
- Conduct discovery calls and present agency services confidently
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business pitches
- Follow up consistently with potential clients and maintain detailed records of all interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities

Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media agency, or related industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Branding, Website Development, and Content Production
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to confidently handle client meetings and sales discussions
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
