What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Drive consultative, value-based sales conversations
- Build ROI-driven business cases for customers
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Work closely with BDRs, Product, Marketing, and Leadership
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy
- Average deal size: €20K–35K ACV, with larger deals exceeding €60K+Quota: €400K–700K+ ARRSales cycle: ~6 weeks including customer trial period
- Generate 10–25% of your own pipeline alongside strong BDR support📈 Career Growth

What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset and commercial acumen
- Comfortable selling complex, data-driven solutions
- Ability and willingness to self-generate pipeline when needed
- Fluent English
- Nice to Have:E-commerce or retail industry exposure
- Experience with pricing or revenue optimisation solutions
- MEDDICC or Challenger Sales methodology experience
