Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support on daily operations and assist on all sales related events and activities
- Deliver professional service and respond tactfully to guest's request and inquiries
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Draft and prepare high-standard sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain an organized and systematic record of all Sales accounts
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- 1-year relevant experience is preferable
- Less experience or Fresh graduates with potential will be considered as Sales Coordinator
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Proficient in the use of Opera Cloud system would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
