Our client is a leading digital marketing agency with a strong reputation for excellence, evidenced by multiple industry awards. Experiencing rapid growth, the company is expanding its team and is now seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive new business development and support its continued success.

Your Role

As a Sales Lead, you will drive revenue by selling digital advertising solutions. You'll lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets. This role involves building and expanding client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful projects, and leveraging your network for media partners.

You'll also gather market insights to keep ahead of industry trends and ensure every campaign exceeds expectations.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in media sales, 3 years or above of sales leadership management experience
• Proven track record in selling advertising or marketing solutions
• Build a strong pipeline of demand opportunities engaging with relevant inventories in the markets
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with direct clients and partners
• Solid understanding of the digital solution such as SEM, SEO, Programmatic, Display & Video
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong leadership skills
