We are looking for a commercially driven Global Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships in Japan and deliver double-digit business growth across global key accounts.

This is a senior-level international role suited to someone with strong experience in complex manufacturing environments and a proven ability to manage major strategic customers across technical and commercial functions.

You’ll lead key Japanese accounts, own negotiations and pricing strategy, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate globally across sales, technical, production, and R&D teams.

• What We’re Looking For
• Required
• Fluent Japanese speaker
• Fluent English9+ years’ experience in Key Account Management
• Strong background in:
• Tire reinforcement
• Industrial fibers
• Specialty chemicals
• Engineered materials
• Proven success managing large strategic accounts
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• International mindset with willingness to travel globally
• Preferred
• Experience within multinational manufacturing companies
• Background in tire cord or high-performance materials
• Track record in commercial growth and market expansion
