We are looking for a Executive Marketing & Communications to join the Global Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of social media content across The Executive Centre's Middle East channels and Atlas, our hospitality and F&B brand.
The ideal candidate is creative, highly organised, proactive, and equally comfortable planning content calendars, identifying trends, developing content ideas, capturing content on-site, and producing engaging social-first content tailored to different platforms.
The successful candidate will help drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement while ensuring all content aligns with established brand standards and content strategies
Responsibilities
Duties
- Effectively respond to and action social media requests from regional teams while planning and managing content calendars across TEC Middle East and Atlas channels.
- Develop creative content ideas and social media concepts that support brand objectives and audience engagement.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content across TEC centres, events, member experiences, Atlas locations, partnerships, and activations.
- Create and edit social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Stories, and Reels using mobile devices and creative software.
- Publish, schedule, and monitor content performance across social media platforms.
- Engage with audiences and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform developments, creator behaviour, and emerging content formats, identifying opportunities to adapt them in a way that aligns with TEC and Atlas brand positioning.
- Design and produce creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Work closely with the Global Content Team in Hong Kong to ensure content aligns with brand standards, tone of voice, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with local teams, agencies, creators, photographers, videographers, and external partners to support content production and campaign execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing or communications.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Proven experience planning, creating, editing, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms.
- Strong mobile photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, and, or similar creative tools.
- Experience creating content for hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, premium retail, F&B, travel, or related brands is highly preferred.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related discipline preferred.
- Native-level or fluent English required.
- Arabic is advantageous
